From Downtown Reading: Head toward Penn Street in downtown Reading. Continue east/west along Penn Street through the central business district. Stay on Penn Street toward the Market Square area. The Manor at Market Square will be located along Penn Street near the heart of downtown Reading. Parking is located behind the building. Visitor spots are marked.

From Berkshire Mall / Wyomissing Area: Take US-422 East toward Reading. Merge toward downtown Reading via Penn Street or nearby city exits. Continue into downtown Reading and follow Penn Street toward Market Square. The Manor at Market Square will be on Penn Street within the downtown area. Parking is located behind the building. From I-176 (Morgantown Expressway): Take I-176 North toward Reading. Continue until the highway ends in downtown Reading. Follow signs for Penn Street and downtown Reading. Proceed along Penn Street toward Market Square. The Manor at Market Square will be located along Penn Street. Parking is located behind the building. Visitor spots are marked.

From Route 222 South / Allentown Area: Take Route 222 South toward Reading. Merge onto US-422 East toward downtown Reading. Continue into the city and follow exits toward Penn Street.
